Boston, MIT and Harvard

Boston's contribution to wacky hair salon names. I didn't manage to take a picture of the one I saw in NJ called "Hair We R".

A view of the skyline from just in front of one of the Prudential T-line entrances.

The First Church of Christ, Scientist. More proof that universities and nutters go together like cheese and chutney.

Henry Moore is so good, but not all MIT's sculptures are.

I enjoyed this one, though, which stands in front of the Green Building.

Municipal hubris.

Harvard looks raw and new, though at least it is under-infested by tourists. Here are a couple of the more interesting things I found. The first is a disc of stones with a low, flat fountain in the middle. The second is in the science school, just inside the entrance. Shiny and curvy is good.
